Knives from Pennsylvania?

HI!

I keep a close watch on this website daily. Although I post rarely anymore. I thoroughly enjoy reading and photos that all of you have. Keep it up. ::tu::

I wanted to post about my love of Pennsylvania related cutlery once again in hopes that some of the newbies might have something of interest for me. ::ds:: ::ds::

I collect about anything cutlery related to Pennsylvania, Boxes "thanks to galvanic" ::dang:: razors, paperwork, and of course pocket knives.

So if you have, or know of some obscure PA cutlery related item, contact me and let's talk. My collection has grown and my wish list is much shorter, but some real gems have yet to be added. For example: Smethport Cutlery, I have yet to find one to buy. OH and tell Fran if you find an Allentown Cutlery, that you sold it to me first HA HA HA... he always finds the best ones first, "but then if sells them to me" long story, but great guy.

Of course if you would like to know more about one that you have and not necessarily for sale, I might be able to enlighten you on that some as well.

Any ways, please keep me in mind as you adventure out there in Knife land.

David, Sorry I didn't see you in Titusville. I was going to ask for visitation rights to a certain little whittler. ::tounge::

Here, just for you my friend, are a group of Allentowns you haven't seen before. The 3rd. down was stag, but is now " less than mint."

The very thin brass single blade that was made to look like a barlow is interesting, and I included a tang shot of the last knife, the homely object of your lust.

The last photo is an envelope with instructions for a throwing knife, c.1938, from a new company on me. Haven't had time to research it yet, and unfortunately no knife was included, so we have another one to add to our wish lists. 8)
