Hi Everybody.....Just another knife nut joing the fray! Great forum site and great auctions. I just picked up a Hen & Rooster at a great price!
I know this is a little late but, here's a heads up in case some of you guys come to Atlanta, Georgia for the blade show every June.
While you're here make the short drive to Newnan, GA. and visit OZ's Cutlery on E Broad St. Oz has been in business in the same spot since 1943. He has the stuff dreams are made of. The shop is huge and junky and you may have to move stuff to find what you want but there are treasures everywhere!
He has knives in stock that you will not find anywhere else. Jim Parker used to come in here to buy for his collection. Blue Ridge Knives buys from him for there antique collection catalog.
Mr. Oz is getting up in years and is a bit gruff, ( he would kill me if he knew I was telling people about his store) but as soon as he learns you're a knife lover he'll open up. You might even get to see what he has in the basement or attic if you really hit it off! IT IS WORTH THE VISIT
I'm glad to be a new member and look foward to the forums.
Best regards,
Mark

Welcome Mark,
You make me want to be rummaging through OZ's cutlery right now..It's too bad you are about 8 hours to the north or else I would head that way...
Welcome and enjoy...

Glad to have another knife nut join in with the rest of us. Oz's sounds like the place to be.
