Kaleb I think it is good, looks like a 40-65 stamp according to case website.

I found a like stamp in the 4th edition of "Romance of Collecting Case Knives". Used from 1940 to 1965 on certain fixed blades. It's not exact, the E looks different but the book does not show variations of letters with the exception of the upturned C. I know almost nothing of fixed blades, but it is very similar and was used on a number of patterns. It sold while I was looking. Went cheap enough.
