Question about a Imperial

I have a knife that I know is atleast 20-25 years old. On the tang it has Imperial with Prov R.I. under the Imperial, The master blade has Ingersoll-Rand professional tools etched on it and the handles which appear to be brass have like a drill on one side and a air rachet on the other. Both sides have the Ingersoll-Rand stamp on them and says "Dedicated to operator productivity&safety" on one end and "the quality air tools on the other.
It's a beautiful knife and razor sharp, I've hade in it's original box since I got it as a Christmas gift many years ago..... It also has "limited edition" on the back side of the master blade.
I was just wondering if any of you folks had ever seen one or could tell me how many of these were made or if there is any info at all on it.

Posting a picture of the knife might help. There were a lot of Imperials produced before the company recently went defunct.

Yeah, I was thinking that a pic would help. I'll try to get one up tomorrow sometime.

Not the best pic, but y'all can kinda get an idea......it just don't do the knife justice.
