Posted this over at the British Blade forum and the gents over there identified it for me.

I got it for a song on ebay after being sniped off the planet for about 2 months trying to buy one of these things.

Rich S. is trying to date it a little closer but he said the company went out of business in 1958.

Neat little knives, can't wait to cut myself with it..

O.W..

What is the overall length of your knife?

I have a small one that is 5 3/4" overall with a 2 3/4' blade. No sheath but it is in excellent cond. with the original decal on the handle!

This one is 7.5" overall and the blade is about 3.25". I'm surprised at how nice this knife feels in the hand.

No finger guard on it sure makes ya wonder how many Finn's are out there with scarred fore fingers.. The varnish on the handle is pretty slick. I can imagine it would be fun to operate with blood on your hand..
