Melon tester, Sausage Knife, Citrus Knife

Dumb question, but whats the difference between them if any?

Hi Ken;
IMO a melon would not have a small blade. Probably used for breaking casing on sausage and scribing segments on citrus.
The Schrade works great. Except for mar on tang and lower blade it is near mint. You must clean and lube often. Marked in the teens but probably 10-15 years later.
