My First Effort - ball in a cage

I never whittled anything before (other than a stick) - so here's my first effort - a ball in a cage. Not exactly a work of art, but the kids like messing with it.

Good Job there Unk, and I did not see any blood either. Now you are hooked, and try another one with chain links added.

Real fine job on the 'ol ball and cage!

You should give caricature carving a try

you just might get hooked! Again, great job on the ball and cage, it's not so bad when 'ya have a sharp knife, huh
