Wind Gap was a mess yesterday for the Eastern Pa. Knife Collectors Association annual one day show. There was a chemical spill threat on the highway in the morning. The entire road was closed, traffic was a mess, and much of the town was evacuated.
But the show must go on !
I had a blast, and here's my day's take.
The first is a Colonial ShurSnap 5" Jumbo Jack. The usual plastic handle schrinkage, sabre grind, honest use, and in good working order, I almost stole this one for $45. I think the seller just wanted to get it off his hands.
The other two are both Schrade Cut.Co. 3-3/8" One with cleaned but full blades and nickel-silver handle. The other is a butter & molasses single with full blades, and the original glaze/crocus polish.

Here are also two I've had for a couple of weeks but haven't posted yet. The first is a Presto 3-3/8" single. the blade is about 3/16" short, but the bone is outstanding.

The last is a little guy, another Schrade Cut. at 2-7/8". ' Marine Pearl ' cell handles ( not to be confused with real pearl or MOTS, it looks like the blades were never used, but they appear to have been scotch brighted. All 5 knives are in good working order, with no peeking or droop.
