Help Identify Old Knife

This knife was my fathers when he was a young boy(over 50yrs).......any idea of name, type, value, etc....

The knife is a Kutmaster, in business since 1937, according to Goins. Not sure when this one might have been made.
As to value, priceless since it came from your father. On the market, they fetch modest amounts in the collector market.
