A darn nice old piece. An A.C.Co(American Cutlery Company) 1917 Trench Knife. After about ten hours of research I am pretty sure it is authentic. At first I had dismissed the sheath as just somewhere to store this old feller. Come to find out it seems to be a relatively rare third edition sheath for the knife. When the weather clears next summer I will get outside and take some photos of it and repost. Hope you enjoy, feel free to critique.

Very nice.

I was given one of those when I was a kid. No sheath, handle nearly dry rotted off it. rusty as all get out, and some one had cut the knuckle guard off it. :( I thought it was cool. Wish I knew where it ended up.
