Buck 112 two dot

Hello all, I picked up a very nice specimen of a 112 w/2 dots. My question is.......when I looked up the date codes it says 1974-1980. Is there a way to narrow this down more? I will try to post pictures, however, I have never posted pictures....so I will have to figure it out!

Well, Here is a picture of the tang stamp. I still am having difficulty uploading the other pictures (even with the super instructions phil e-mailed me). I will try to attach them seperately and see if this works.

Ok, here's another. Thanks again Phil for the very good directions on how to post. Hopefully, my next time posting pics will be a little smoother.

Hello Mike,
I show 4 Variations of the 112 with that blade stamp. The only diferences between them have to do with the number of, and size of the inlay rivets. Unfortunately, The only way to narrow down the timeframe is with the original paperwork that came with the knife. If you still have that, we might be able to tighten up the range.
