Have this single bladed pocket knife, 3" long closed. The blade has no nail nick. To open it you need to tap it on the end where the blade pivits and the blade rises enough so you can open it. Blade is stamped Imperial PROV RI. Handle material is plastic, sort of cracked ice i guess. Have had this knife 25+ years. Sorry no pics, still trying to get this scanner going. Any info would be great. Thanks, Ken

HI!
Not sure just what your looking for , but I do know that several companies made "trick knives" I am looking for a Novelty Cutlery Company version. I think that this would make for a very interesting collection and future aritcle for knife world magazine. HUMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really looking for anything I guess. Wondering though if there is any one out there with a collection dedicated to "trick" knives. Sure would be a great article for Knife World to do. Will send a pic or two real soon.
Thanx, Ken

I have a couple of knives like this, same scales, but no names or markings except one of 'em has what looks like three pat. numbers on the tang. I have only seen 2 others like this. A collector I know has one and I saw the other in a flea market years ago.
