My Pacific Cutlery Balisong-Weehawk boot knife.

It's about a 1986 year knife. I polished it up after this photo & made a great difference.

Sweet looking knife. I'm starting to appreciate boot knives more and more. I have a S&W HRT7T Tanto style boot knife which I carry now and then. Its a well made knife on the cheep. I sell them for $20 at the gun shows.

Yeah,the S&W knives are almost all made in China which isn't a bad thing. Most S&W are made from 440C steel & have a great edge. I sold that knife you had there at gun/knife shows for a while.

I think your knife may be a couple years older than 1986.
I think Pacific Cutlery went out of business about 1984 or 1985.
IIRC, it was about 1986 when Les de Asis started Benchmade up here in Oregon.

Bet your right.I was thinking 1984. I recall a Van Halen album came out about that same time!

I sold the Pacific Cutlery at the BLADE show last weekend. It sold pretty fast.
