Al Mar Collectors???

Hello Anyone;
Does anyone know if the Al Mar Wor Tac switchblade was ever made by the al mar co.not by paragon with the al mar name. If so what in your estimate would be a good buying price. Any info will be appreciated. It is in box with signed sleeve by maker.
