Well Iam sure you guys have all heard about someone finding a knife in an old house. In 1995 my friend was demolishing an old house he had contracted, he wanted the wood in the house to reuse so he done most of the work by hand. While tearing out the living room wall he came across this knife laying at ground floor level between the two walls. It had obviously been there for a bit. When he picked it up the pearl backside handle was completely broke off but laying there with the knife. Anyway he is not a collector nor does he give a hoot about a knife but he knew I did so he brought it to me and told me his story and wondered the age etc... I told him I had no idea but I did thank him for the knife. From the front tang stamp it looks like Koeller & Schmitz Cutlery Co, on the rear tang there is a fox? horse? dog? heck I dunno is all I know is it has a head four legs and a tail
Its a Pearl multi-tool knife. Its not in the best of shap but I think its fairly old. I tried to take the pics attached for you guys to see and maybe if you have any info? Its the only knife I have seen with a Lead Pencil and it works
Anyway check out the pics hope u enjoy looking and share some of that knife knowledge
please. Thanks for looking!!
