Q: Let me be the first of probably several who will tell you your knife is a counterfeit. While it is stamped Remington, it is not a true remington and has too many faults to list them all. You don't have to believe me, but I am sure other knowledgable bullet collectors will let you know as well. You should relist the knife as a counterfeit of a Remington Bullet knife, as people do collect these poor attemps to knockoff these collectible knives. Good luck Dec-10-08

Q: I read your description and it appears you either don't know much about the knives or are not sure of what you have. Maybe I can help; your knife is an absolute fake and that is not guess work, just fact. There are authorized Remington reproductions, but your knife does not qualify in that category. I believe I witnessed this same knife on ebay less than a month ago. If not, it was exactly like the one you have listed. Probably came from Pakistan. I hope this helps. Thanks. Dec-10-08

Sounds like he tried to be honest. Dunno him but I do understand Ebay not being Seller friendly. Just my thought after reading your post.
