All About Pocket Knives

HI!

Well I was checking ebay out and I found this little gem. This pearl sweetheart is OLD. Prior to them being in Titusville which is PENNSYLVANIA and you all know how crazy I am about old PA related knives. I saw the buy now price of one hundred and then a "make and offer" icon. I thought what the heck. I will offer $70 and what happens. Sure enough he agreed. My lucky day. and pearl to boot. I will post more photos when I get it. This has been a real tough one for me to find at a reasonable price.

They were in Gowanda from 1897 to 1902. Interesting history on this town. I think that someone HUMMMMM!!!! should do an article for knife World on the cutlery history of this small community outside of Buffalo NY. I have wanted one of these for years but to much $$$$$$. This was a great fine for me.

This is the real thing, great piece in excellent condition. First I have ever owned. From 1897-1902 Pearl to boot and a great price in my opinion. This what collecting antique pocket knives is all about. The Hunt is the fun.

Looks like a real beauty Seems like you've been doing well picking up some elusive knives to add to your very focused collection.

One of these days, you'll have to show us a picture of all of them together. Maybe we'll just have to wait for the book eh?
