question on a WR CASE 8254

got this knife in the mail
i was wondering if it is a rare knife as the only 54 pattern i know of is a trapper
any info will be appreciated ::ds::
marked WR CASE &SONS BRADFORD PA on the master
8254 on the file

found a reference to an 82054 lobster in parker's 7. $400 as new. the earlier version like your 8254....?

would the 0 stand for a different type blade??

0 added before or in the middle is usually a pattern change.
