It looks like the Schrade "Liberty Bell" junior stockman, made in 1973. I believe Schrade used that S.W. Cut stamping, starting around 1970, on some special edition knives.

It looks like the Liberty Bell knife to me.
It looks like there are some type of scratches on the blade there, so I would say it is not Mint condition, if you are looking at purchasing this, Makre sure you do not pay book value.
