HELP WITH IDENTIFICATION

WAS GIVEN THIS POCKETKNIFE. HAS NO NAME ..MADE OF BASE METAL...HAS THE BOOT LACER WHICH I THINK DATES IT BACK TO THE 1800S? CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY INPUT... THANKS

Welcome to the site bzt
. IMO the knife was made in Sheffield circa 1880-1910. Handle material is likely nickel. Short curved blade behind the button hook is a wire cutter for champagne bottles. Could be from any one of a number of makers as this was a fairly common pattern. I hope this is of interest.
