Heres the latest Sod Buster Jr. to come out of the shed, this one got a matching knife pick too. Scales are burled Maple. Hope you like it.
And file work on the inside, I'm no longer crazy about file work on the out side, so I moved it to the inside
p.s. This sub forum is dieing, lets see your work !

Wow, THAT sir, is one amazing little blade. Your filework is, as always, exceptional. I'd never have thought to do just the underside of the spring, but now that I think about it, that's a really subtle way to glitz up a knife.
Your right though, I've been a bit lazy. I do have one to post, I finished up a companion to my Ivory GEC barlow. I'll snap some pictures of it. I've got a really big project on the way too

Thanks to your tutorial I got through step 1; disassembling my sodbuster. Now it's on to step 2; rebuilding it
For my first attempt I'll probably use the original brass liners. I tend to move very slowly but will certainly post when finished.
