Rescue Operation

So at the pawn shop today I was looking through a bin of knives, and found this poor old Challenge Cutlery Knife, stamped:
Challenge
Cutlery Corp (think it says Corp, some grit on it right now)
Bridgeport
Conn

Well this poor old knife has had a very poorly done re-handle job, has alot of what appears to be superglue on the bolsters and springs, and the pen blade/punch back spring doesnt even have a pin in it, so it is removable at this time.

Main Blade appears to have some wear, along with the pen blade.
I am not 100% if these blades even go with this knife.

So I am going to undergo some surgery on this poor thing, and see if we can at least make it some-what respectable again.
Oh, and the price was $2.00 so, not much lost if surgery is a failure!
Will show progress as I go along.

 Only the last picture is creditable. ::nod:: I, for one, will be watching for your updates. ::tu:: Jeff Jones gave us a look at how he customized. You can show us your progress in rehabilitation of a discard. :D
