Wow, Dave you reeled in some fine ones and then got 25% off!
Gone2Three, that stamp puts that little prize at at least 78 years old, maybe more. Very nice!

Gone2three, that’s a right nice little Queen!
Dave, wow is all I can say. The prices marked in those knives is quite good in the first place, then 25% off on top is like having your cake and eating it too. Outstanding.

Very nice finds & pick ups, fella's. If you can't find 18 of em, then a 78+ yo knife is just as awesome.

I bought 18 more of my late friend Dave's knives from the antique shop. These are some I had to pass on last time when the pile got too big for my check book. The big coke is a Lakeside. The slot knife is a Union cut. The old stag is a Case Tested but I'm sure the stag is replaced. The small coke is an old Winchester, the heavy ebony jack is a J.T.Mount. They are all good names except for the big Parker hunter and the yellow Winchester is from 1989. The gave me 25% off the pile.____Dave
Knice haul buddy!!! Sorry about your friend.
Today's finds...

Another good haul, Scott.

Nice looking CRKT neck-knife. And that Buck looks as though it still has a lot of life left in it.

So, I suppose this qualifies as a "find". The Mrs. had a 'project' for me, so I moved the vehicles, set up the garage area and got to work on the 'honey-do' project. During my escapades, I came across the below pictured miniature knife I knew I had, but it had been years since I last put my hands on it. It's nothing more than a novelty thing, but it is sharp...very sharp. (I have the bandaid to prove it

) I did open a clam-pack item with it, with ease. It measures 4 1/2 inches long and the blade is 1/2" wide. Solid little knife, though.
Thanks for taking the time to read and look...

Scott, that black handled Vic is a very nice little knife. It will make someone a great EDC.

Stopped by a couple pawnshops yesterday, found an old Imperial fixed blade. Being in a magnanimous mood I didn’t even negotiate, just paid for it and left. OH

I know Jerry, it's terrible (not this one by itself, but all of them added together!)
John, it cleaned up and edged up fast - even found the perfect old sheath for it.

For some reason I truly enjoy getting a worn old knife and putting some life back into them! Good job!

You're preaching to the choir, Rev, well at least to one member. I too get great satisfaction cleaning up and gettin' an old one back in shape.

Nice work Dogg - I think we all love resurrecting an old knife and putting it back to good use. Thanks Rotten, been wanting one a long time, just had to wait until I tripped over one; takes a wicked sharp edge and fast! OH

A great group of knives, dlr110!
My Dad has several of those Sabre Camping knives. We had them out looking at them one day, and every time we moves the bails would swing and chime.
Getting tired of the noise, Mom Told us to quit "rattling our sabers"!

Nice finds guys!

I picked this up at a local antique shop for $10... Boker U. S.A...i cleaned it up a little
And I'm going to carry it for a few days... all four blades have good snap and good walk and talk...the two bigger blades have slight wobble... also sharpened it on my new Lansky turnbox..I really like this new sharpener..
