Another HSB, etched Kanter Mfg.Co.and on the back handle etched "A present Chicago Sept 1927.The shield is engraved Ira Evans,1 Sept 1927.

Roger - Great batch of etched knives, I really like the Challenge Autoist's Companion and the Winchester dogleg!
Greg - the Wester Bros easy open especially caught my eye!
Joe - I really like the ebony Cattaraugus and the Wilbert toad sticker!
Dimitri - that Schrade auto with the Schrade Hunting Knife etch is very nice!
Jerry - nice old Schatt & Morgan!
Lee - I really like the 2 wood handled Thomastons and the etched Challenge whittler!

- except how to you hold the meat still with the fork and cut with the knife at the same time

- I assume they come apart
