A Queen that I picked just because it's bone Winterbottom.
No markings besides 'Q steel'. Decent snap, walk and talk. 3.5 inches closed.

And a six dot (1974) Case 62055. Tight and snappy. Cleaned but not to excess.
Full blades and no cracks in the bone. Fairly mint, IMHO ...
Plumb Pickled Tink to have them both ....

That 055 is SCHWEEETTT!!! ::tu::

If you don't mind my asking, where 'bout was this flea?
The Case and Queen I posted were found at the Collinsville Trade Day.
There is an indoor flea at exit 231 above Ft Payne (don't remember the name).
The wife and I started to go there after C-ville, but opted instead to go to Little River Canyon ....

I almost had a dry run today at the Webster Flea Market. I did meet up with TripleF (Scott) for a minute or two and that was good! Actually got to handle a real Marble's Safety Folding knife and talked with the knowledgeable owner. He had several prizes on his table, a 1911 Colt made in 1918 and a Winchester model '73, everything way to high for my budget!
This is the first time I've not come back with a pile of knives from Webster. ::shrug:: Only picked up two junkers and a whet rock. The whet rock may have been a sample as the open ended box or sleeve says "Compliments of/ CARBOLOY/ Department of General Electric Company/ Detroit 12, Michigan". The stone has a logo molded into the face of the rock, kinda' neat.
The junker knives are a Case 12031L with a '65-'69 stamp, it's well worn as is the Boker USA cattle knife, two chipped blades but with a perfect spay blade.
This one is interesting

I made one last stop at the Antique shop where my Friend Dave's knives were being sold and bought a few more. The top pic has a 5 blade Cam, two Remingtons a clip and a spear point, a Catt. scout, and a Winchester 1989 pat. no. The larger knives are a Winchester 1989 Pat.No.1950, an Ulster lockback folding guard hunter, a Riverside F.O.K.& Co. lot knife, and a Robeson stag 522482 trapper. Now I think I've picked the ones I want of his collection.____Dave

Yeah, they will. Dave bought the Riverside slot knife at the North Star Blade collectors meeting the last time we went to just before he passed away. We drove down to the monthly meeting together for many years and for a number of those years we were joined by another friend Carl who passed away a couple weeks ago. I've been going alone until the virus closed the meeting place. I have no idea what the future holds but it surely won't look the same.____Dave

Pic 2;Case stag, MSA (only one of these I've ever snagged, a LF&C Bowie hunter, an Ideal kids knife and a Remington. Pic3 Remington, Pal, Finish hunter. Pic 4 AIDACO (no clue what thie is), a Western boot knife, and a Mora Swedish knife. I left the rest for the non knife guys and kids. Masks were required but very few wore them.____Dave
