John Lloyd and J.D. Ware
Antler like that makes me salivate. Literally. Two works of art, form and function, design, style, quality, beauty, rarity, tool making at it's best.

One of these days I'll figure out how to multi quote so this is for all who've commented on my pic.
John has the best collection of stag around. The seashell teardrop is the only knife I've had a hand in designing. But it's sort like hoping and then he delivers a pair of them beyond my wildest dreams. The clip point trapper is just a matter of right time right place. One of his best efforts.
The coin knife by Jeff Ware was a grail and it exceeded all my expectations

What are the long white things toward the top of your burrito I-man,

chicken strips? Also, nice knife!

The long white things are one section of string cheese that I divided and peeled/stripped apart into strings that are easier to roll up than the whole section in one large round would be. Just makes it easier to fold into the burrito and roll up. Thanks for asking, that cracked me up, not because you thought it was chicken, but because I really didn't think anyone would be interested in going over it in that detail. Good eyes and thanks for the compliment on the knife. It is really a delight, the micarta gets easier to grip when it's a bit wet when you're holding washed veggies, and the belly of the blade works pretty good to scoop out the Avocado and spread the humus and sour cream. Also a mean slicer and rolls on the cutting board easily to make cutting a breeze. I usually like a big wide spear for the job, but this Drop Point rocks it too and has a better point than my big spears for stuff like poking into an Avocado or cutting the burrito in half after it's rolled. Sorry to overdo the explanation, but smiled the whole time. Thanks again. Fully recommend the 74, what a great handle shape and the micarta and the drop point. Love it.

I-man! Please don't apologize for a bit longer explanation, I much prefer that to one that doesn't answer the question, and besides, I got some great info on how to prep certain veggies, and, what ingredients make for a great burrito or sandwich. When I first saw the pic I wasn't sure exactly what is was, so I studied it and came up with burrito. Looks VERY appetizing BTW! I recognized the 74 right away though. I've been watching all the 74's you guys have been posting, and I'm really liking the looks of them. I don't currently own any, but, I think that's about to change. The one's you've been showing appear particularly nice, and in such nice colors too. It doesn't hurt that I'm a huge fan of drop-points and micarta either. Thanks for all the info, I appreciate it!
