Excellent photos, John!
Thanks Dan. We had a good day!! After hiking mostly smooth trails the rocks were a bit of a leg work out. Hadnโt hiked the area in over a year and kinda forgot about the rocky ness of it.

John . Nice pics of your woods wandering. Neat looking country .
We made it up north fishing for our opener weekend. Walleyes werenโt biting much so went after Bass . Caught this 22 inch on a 7 b Rapala . Was nice to catch and then release . Maybe do better with the Walleyes this evening .
Enjoy your day .

Nice bass and mushrooms!

And I daresay we here in Michigan probably need more rain like we need holes in our heads.

Not here. My yard is like a marsh. Itโs saturated that the water just lays on top.

I suppose this little tragedy that occurred this afternoon belongs in the Outdoorsman Thread. My little electric woods cart broke her left front leg.
Walked to the house and the tractor was dead. I left the main switch on since last week, drained the battery.
got the battery charger hooked up so I can retrieve the cart in the morning and see what part of the front end gave up the ghost.
I believe the lift kit was made by Jakes.

Feller's we been running this old cart for over 10 years, served us well but things do wear out.
No Chris we ain't been to a redneck mud park other than the one here on the farm.
I believe I can put it back together without too much problem.
Running in the mud and water in the woods is probably rough on these machines that were designed to be on the cart paths and manicured golf courses. I think this one is a 1997 model refugee from some golf course. The man we bought if from buys them by the lot, paints and modifies them and makes a living supplying folks with a fairly dependable cart for yard work, farm work and maybe transportation in some communities.
I retrieved the cart earlier this morning, will get to work on it soon.
