I was trying to sew up a thick leather knife sheath today, and when I needed a pair of pliers I pulled out this Wenger Swiss Army knife, mainly because it was within easy reach.
I am sad to say that it is the first time that I have used the knife for anything, though I have owned it for a few years now. It was really handy! I got a good deal on it at a Flea Market because the bit holder with the interchangeable bits is missing (it fits right underneath the handle).
The two things that I love about this one is that it uses regular 1/4" bits, and it does NOT have an annoying corkscrew!

bighomer,
I must be leading a very sheltered life not knowing about venison liver mousse. We need a recipe for that. Always thought mousse was some sort of dessert. Looked it up and did notice the definition includes a dish made from fish or meat and something folks put in their hair.
We usually slice a good lookin' liver and simply roll it in seasoned corn meal and let it spend a short time in some very hot peanut oil.

Heard that Farmer more to my liking the way you fix it, although I don't get the venison, but I shore like my pork, beef and chicken livers fried.

Spent the week at scout camp with the troop and made a lot of wands. Great trip and good group of boys and staff. This pic is just a few of the ones I made.

I carried a TL-29 today as my main folder.
Opened some new diecast additions (well, just the Barracuda) with the blade. Here locally, O'Reilly Auto Parts is better than anywhere else. They have Convoy (Walmart doesn't), and the stuff's newer.
The chair to my desk was, originally, a chair from the breakfast table from my great-grandmother's house. My great-Granddad made it. Had to tighten up the screw that holds the seat to the frame.

Though my culinary skills (or lack thereof) might make a trained chef cringe, I used my trusty Case 3137 to cut and peel a kiwi fruit.
The 3137 handled the job nicely. But did any patina form?
Yes. Mission accomplished!
Of course, the knife was washed and oiled after photos were taken and I ate.
Looks like the 3137 will be carried a while longer!

Helping a friend scrap some metal that he has pilling up in his commercial yard. Put my latest 4-line Camillus Stockman to the test by putting this baby to work!!!

Cutting wires, scrapping aluminum clean and cutting up old cardboard for the ''rubbish bin''.

This is one of the strongest/stoutest of the non-locking pocketknives I've ever had

I had to cut some wire and did not have my cutters on hand so out came the #23 (see attached photos for a better idea).

I got this ZT 0460TI ...

a couple of days ago. What a great knife!!!... I used my Camillus Short-line #89 to open the box

I was happy with the ZT, but

the best part was the koozie that it was packaged in. Basically, I threw the knife in a drawer and grabbed the koozie and put it to good use with an ice-cold Blue Moon... now it's my new EDK (every day koozie)
