The WEST-CUT line offered by WESTERN STATES Before the “ K “ Knife was released .I especially am drawn to the fixed blades with the mushroom end knobs with PAT APP’ FOR .

I bought a small collection recently and find myself keeping way more of them than selling. Lone Wolf knives have had a place in my heart ever since I bought my first one 15 or 20 years ago. At the time it was the most expensive knife I ever bought. The top photo has all Paul knives. The third one down is my first Lone Wolf Presto knife. I can’t remember the exact name of the powdered damascus steel but it’s expensive. That knife has a tiger eye handle. All the others recently came in this collection. Still trying to decide what to keep and what to sell. The second one down has apple coral handles, but no Damascus steel. My personal preference is for the lovely blade shape that the Presto knives have over the plain Paul knives or the Executive, which is the one with the two tone cocobolo and slim blade. The bottom three are a City Knife designed by Bob Loveless, Angelo and Blackfoot on the bottom.
It sucks that Benchmade bought Lone Wolf and then killed all these great knife designs. The Paul button is such a unique and well designed feature. You push the button in to swing the blade open and push it in to close. You can open these with one hand using gravity.

You've made a major score with these, Mark, especially the Pauls, you should see great returns generated from those models, congratulations.
