I wanted to eat an apple while I was driving yesterday, so my wife took my knife and cut pieces to hand to me!
Be so careful they have been known to lace them with stop breathing additives
OK.

I was a little confuses by this post at first,

...

However,

I have done some research on this

and came up with some disturbing facts: The Poisoned Apple is a magic blood-red apple which will send its victim into the Sleeping Death when bitten. The victim of it can only be revived by love's first kiss.

... So,

Jamie in WV appears to be on to something with his warning...

I was in a relatively boring work meeting today. To help keep my eyes forward and to not doze off, I pulled my Spyderco Endura 4 from my pocket and thumbed the jibbing for awhile. It worked amazingly well at keeping me awake!

What I've got done so far with my Leatherman. Normally I don't work on Sunday, but I had company coming.
Cut the plastic on a case of Gatorades this morning--didn't get a photo of that.
I admit, I used the DeWalt cordless impact to remove the screws. There are about six one-inch screws that hold the bottom plate on, and it is so much faster than using a hand screwdriver (even a ratcheting one). I did have to pry the plate itself off with the thickest slotted screwdriver.
And it was a mess. Last summer, my grandmother bought an new vacuum simply because she didn't understand the belt had broken on the old Bissell, and ended up buying a Eureka from Ollie's that turned out to be used. I demanded she return it because it was sold as new, but she cleaned it up and used it anyway. I pulled out a golf-ball-sized chunk of dust from inside the brush head that had to be from the original owner. I have learned that I won't ever be buying any appliance from Ollie's again; as it seems they are selling used merchandise without marking it as being such.
I normally use the Bissell that I put a new belt in, but I had to use the Eureka as the Bissell doesn't fit in tight spaces; and the small Shark stick vacuum I also have has lost suction (and I think it's more than just the filters this time); and I haven't found the problem yet.
Tightened the door pull on the closet.

Went through some boxes and labelled them. Resealed them and cut tape with my RAT II
Used an Ontario Model 4 strap cutter to remove zip ties, so I could remove the controller and wires from the electric blanket I packed up a little earlier after switching to a single, heavy quilt.
Strangely enough, while it's bad for things like baler twine, feed sacks, and clam pack--the (supposedly replaceable) razor blades are much better at zip ties, and the aluminum frame is less likely to damage things accidentally. The only problem is that Ontario doesn't sell the blades anymore, and they are Lenox box cutter blades that have been reshaped and cut down using a laser or CNC.
