This is probably the best Colonial I have. A large stockman that's in about as
good of condition as the day it was sold.
Is it a current model?? I think it may be from the current Colonial factory...

I could carry that one!
Question, are the handles wood or smooth bone?

I don't know why I bought this display, I just did.
Six, two blade pocket knives with bails.
By COLONIAL KNIFE CO., INC. From 1977. VERY clean.
Took some pictures and here it is, or here they are.

Picked up this display case with the original knives a few years ago , donβt think I ever posted it .
Not sure how old it is , guessing 1980βs ?
Thanks for looking ,
Mike
I'm thinking it's probably older than the 80's because of the little church key knife on the left, used to open cans before pull tabs. Of course they could have made them even after that time period.

I posted this in the mail call thread, but I so rarely have a Colonial I'm going to use this chance to post here as well! Anyone know a date range?

Thanks, I think the Anvils are the cat's meow of the knives Colonial made, one step higher than the old cutlers. Jmho.

Never would have known this was a knife if I hadn't picked it up. Two 1' blades, both stamped "Ambassador". Made by Colonial. Neat little oddity. Does anyone have a DUNNIGANS at 2801 Elliot Street in your town? J.O.

So far, I havr not been able to find out any kind of info on this knife. Ive tried to get confirmation that Colonial do, in fact, make it or if it was a modified/homemade kimd of deal. Love the looks of it though.

It seems to me a similar knife has been posted on AAPK in the past.
I will look in my copy of Bob Palantonio's book to see if it is there.
