Only way to go, Phil. I used an old office chair for a long time.

Nice photos, Jmh and redrider. It still looks very wintery in your areas. We are moving into spring in my area with lots of trees leafing out.

We had a short in the electric fence on Saturday. My two oldest and one of the neighbor boys wanted to go take care of it themselves, they are grown ya know. So I gave them the fault finder for the electric fence and my oldest (16 next month) drove his truck down to the barn and they took care of business.

They don’t need the old man like they used to!

But it is good to see that they have grown into thoughtful, independent and resourceful young men. I have always said, kids are a product of their surroundings and upbringing, and you have brought them up in a good home. ::tu:: :D

Warming up around here, Shad running in the rivers and a few LMB willing to hit a topwater. Been out in the woods scouting for turkey but keeping an eye out for coyotes, bears, and feral hogs. OH

While out on our “Woods Wander” yesterday. The wife spotted this porcupine sleeping up in tree!! In all my life it is a first for me and us!! We watched for a while and he woke up and looked around. We then left him/her alone!!

What's those mountains in the background, Jerry? I'd have to hike my skis up there and lay down some lines. ⛷️

Found some old pictures from BSA treks to Philmont. I was fortunate to go with my sons three times as an adult scout leader.
