Thank you Q! I was not aware of the AAPK history in that little knife. Nice to know!

My latest Wharncliffe is this Case 6375 large stockman that I recently fixed up with a new replacement blade from 1095 barstock.

The Wharnie mod looks great on your 75, OC!
Great matching pair and beautiful photos, Q!

I love the color of the Case Kentucky Bluegrass Bone.
Here are some Red, White, & Blues, as we approach our nations 250th birthday later this week.

Olde Cutler - That is a unique knife now. Nice work!
Q - Nice Trapper and Swayback, and a nice lava and lichen background.
Kevin - Ten top notch knives.
Here is a Bulldog Whittler that just joined my collection. It is the smaller version: 3" closed.

Nice Bulldog, Mel!

The Wharncliffe Whittler has always been one of my favorite Bulldog patterns.
Cool Copperlock, Tony!

I love the Wharncliffe Coppelocks and have several. Always wondered why they didn't do a Wharncliffe Mini Copperlock.
Here's one more as WW draws to a close, that I recently posted in the Micarta Monday thread.

I don't think I have shown this one that I made for my brother. I believe it was a Boker frame with a newly made Wharncliffe blade from 1095 and Buffalo horn handles.

Cool mod, OC! Love the blade and the Horn!
My submission today is an early 2010 Tuna Valley four blade Cigar Stockman with a Wharncliffe.

Olde Cutler - very nice handmade knife to start the day!
Kevin - Interesting bolsters on that Tuna Valley.
Here is part of my Bulldog Family.

Great selection of fine handle materials being shown today, gentlemen
OLDE C - that is some gnarly Buffalo Horn....kind of looks like a piece of pahoehoe from the lava field just down the road from where I live
Kevin - beautiful wood on your TV Stockman; any idea what type it is? Also, it's cool to see a Wharncliffe included on a multi-blade knife; somewhat unusual as typically a Sheepsfoot seems to be more common (or two Sheepsfeet on a four-blade Congress)
Mel - that's a very classy pack of MOP Bulldogs.....love the Ivory on the little dog
In keeping with the fine handle materials impromptu theme of the day, allow me to present this Mastodon Ivory handle Buck knife. Sharp-eyed viewers of this thread, and/or the "Do You Canoe?" thread, will recognize this as the very same model that Sasquach has posted previously that we here on AAPK have dubbed a "Canoose Wharnoe". Although it's the same model, this is a different knife from Charlie's, so now there are two confirmed sightings of this rare and elusive knife

Congratulations Q!!!! You found one!!!

I have no idea how many of these knives were made but we know where two of them are.
BTW, I'm still looking for an Oar Carver.

Cool Bulldogs, Mel!

The Wharncliffe Whittler is one of my favorite Bulldog patterns and the Pearl & Ivory on those are beautiful!
Interesting Buck Wharnoe, Q!

I'm sure there aren't many of these out there, so it's great to see the Wharnie King & King of Canoes were both able to score one. Love the beautiful Mastadon Ivory on this one as well!
And that Tuna Valley I posted is dressed in Brazilian Cherry Wood.

Q - that Buck is a beauty. I have never come across one of those, so I believe you when you say it is rare and elusive.
Dale - Another pair of nice old survivors!
Another Wednesday in the books. There were only nine knives this week. But, every knife posted was a really fine example.

Great knives this week, guys! Not only good looking, but very interesting, too! Q, maybe you and Charlie have the only two in existence!

And a couple of real rare ones there, Dale! Love seeing something rare and new - at least to me!
