Does anyone have any interest in Moras?
I've got a few including this new model with different handle, sheath etc compared to the others they have.
This is the "Pro-C". Another fantastic knife for less than $14 delivered.

Producer I believe those Moras are one of the best knife values to be had anywhere.

I think they're the most overlooked knife out there beside Condor. I have a Classic #1 and Bushcraft Black.

Bought this beautiful custom handmade stag handled knife from Wayne (btrwtr) Robertson awhile back and have really enjoyed showing it off to the fishermen and hunters around the neighborhood. I've even had offers from some of them to buy it from me for more than I paid for it...but, I just loved it too much to let it go...that is until recently. There's a really nice local Hawaiian kid who lives in the village in a very poor family. He fishes and hunts boar to help feed the family but on a recent boar hunt he lost his skinning knife while chasing a pig through the brush. He came to me asking if I had anything that he could buy for cheap or trade for fish or pork meat (apparently I've gotten the reputation as the "haole knife guy" in the village). I immediately pulled out this one made by Wayne that I had stashed away in my collection and offered it to him, free of charge. All I asked is that he bring me some fresh fish or pork whenever he had a little extra leftover after feeding his family. I can't even describe the look on his face...total disbelief...total gratitude...total humility. It is by far the best knife he has ever owned, and although I'll admit it was not exactly easy for me to just give it to him, I get a great deal of satisfaction just knowing that it's being used as it was intended instead of just sitting in my little museum collection as a showpiece of artistic cutlery...and, it's helping to feed an entire family. I can't think of a better place for this knife to be than in the hands of a local hunter/fisherman whose family relies on him for their daily sustenance. Even though he has yet to bring me any fish or pork, I don't care. I honestly feel that I was divinely inspired to buy that knife so that I could eventually give it to this local boy trying to support his family in the only honest and respectable way he knew how. Thank you, Wayne, for making it and for selling it to me so that it could end up being used for the very survival of an entire family. God truely works in mysterious ways.

Seeing Producer's Mora a page back made me decide to post mine that I've modified and been using at the farm. I wasn't wild about the sheath so I modified the knife to work in a Normark sheath I had kicking around. I have batoned oak kindling using this knife and a green piece of oak as the baton and it worked perfectly. It also has a carbon blade and a rough spline for using a firesteel. Picked it up on Amazon for a little over $8. Not pretty but functional.

Red, I don't know much about mora knives, but for 8 dollars I suspect that it's a fine all around utility piece. This knife is a complete departure from the utilitarian duties of previous knives shown, and is strictly a showpiece. It comes from our own AAPK stores of Mr. Hank Hansen, and is a beautiful example of the 1962-64 kodiak. The knife, sheath, and box are all in excellent condition, and is a great compliment to my other two knives, a '65 transition, and a straight usa(65-69). Thanks to Mr. Hansen!
