As far as I have seen, there is 3 different tins and 3 different paper inserts....

ALSO... I have seen pictures of a couple of chewing tobacco packages with the knife offer.

and even a matchbook.....

Good luck finding those 2 items....

I fished another 114 OT out of the bay yesterday.
What drew me to it in the first place was the look of the covers,,,,,

OK.... humor me a little here.
The cover material doesn't exactly look like delrin....
Maybe its the sellers pictures but the color changes sure have a bone look.
Wishful thinking I'm sure......

That's a good lookin' knife, Mike. I'm going with delrin. I have a couple of Ulster's that have scales just like that. They are delrin, but a very good version of it. It seems to have crisper jigging than most of my other delrin knives. I hope I'm wrong, but it's a great old knife either way..

Hey, I was wrong once in 1972 I think. I could be wrong again..

When you get it, let us know what you find. BTW, a few of my favorite knives are delrin, and I especially like "rough black" Case and other brand handles. Enjoy that bad boy!

LOL.... yep, I understand. NOW ME.... Last time I was wrong was ...OH.... about 15 minutes ago.....

I mostly collect Old Timers and they USUALLY ALL have delrin covers. SO, I am good with delrin. It's cell that I can't abide....SAD.
Any Old Timers with bone covers are a HUGE plus to me....

Long shot. Looking for a bale for an Ulster Mountain Corps issue knife. Flat type with "US" stamp on outer curve. Knife is otherwise fair. Thanks. J.O'.
