PS I don't know why Buck chose the name "Special".

Yep Tank, "Special" is the official name of the Buck Model 119. As you look around you will find that all the Buck knives in that series have a model number and a name. OH

Here's another Western of mine.

Just got this knife-ax combo and need some info on age and if KINFOLK really made it. Family said they had no idea of how many years it had been laying in the drawer.

Picked up this Camillus 1940-?? Air Force and Navy leather sheath knife. Were they issued or available in Px?
Do those dots on the guard come from the factory?

Wayne, your Marbles collection is just amazing. It makes me just want to stop collecting. I have chased an 8" stacked leather Ideal with aluminum pommel forever.
