I can't be positive but I believe the solid construction
ones were made by Colonial. (that's just me judging by the size of the pins used in them)

Found this one on the bay a few weeks ago - NOS Colonial Electricians Barlow. Per Bobby P. (Bonfire Bob) it was not a stock item for Colonial, special order for the advertiser. OH
