That Eagle Stockman is a real beauty, Tim!
Toomanyknives - that Stockman of yours is nice too. You should just stamp your monogram on that brass shield replacement.
OLDE CUTLER - a cool old pair of Scouts.
Joe - Nice old Hunter. That spey blade looks as much like a spear blade as a spey. Kind of unusual.
My knife for today is a 9554 Whittler. Notice that the blade has no stamp. I have a couple of other identical 9554s with the blade stamped.

That knife looks like it was just about mint when it was broken. Nice job on the reprofiling: that knife is still looks good. I think more Craftsman knives have a broken blade than any other knives. I have a couple that I got with broken tips and reprofiled into a Sheepsfoot or Wharncliffe. The steel in the Craftsman knives made by Schrade is as good as steel gets, in my opinion.

Squeezing this in today. Took it to work since it is fairly small.
From 1973 I believe. Length 3 in.

Thanks Mel. it was in very good shape, except for missing 3/4 of an inch of blade. Whoever had it tried to use it as a pry bar. I look for a good one all the time, but they are getting hard to find without breaking the bank! I agree on that old Schrade steel...

Here is one jumping a little ahead of Thursday.
95222 made in 2005 by Camillus I believe
A sharp little knife. 3 1/4 inch.
Cant get the snap back on the main blade.
. Love the slanted bolsters though.

We are past Thursday, but the cold caused this late post.
Here is another Old Crafty I own. The knife is a
lot heavier than it looks. Very tight to open.
From 1973 made by Schrade I believe.
