After a diligent search around the house, I came up with these.
Top to bottom, Bulldog by Olbertz, Colonel Coon by Queen, Case, Northfield by GEC, Carl Bertram & J A Henckels:
Boker, Case, Case, Boker, Kissing Crane by Klaas & Schrade-Walden:
Schrade, Case, Fredrich Olbertz, Case, Winchester by Queen & Western:

A wonderful collection geo. I particularly admire the German Stockmans. In the top photo, notice how the Bertram and Henkels (bottom two) run the stag right up to the bolsters requiring extra time and skill. That is some extra good craftsmanship.

Great stockman’s Geo, I also like the bark on the stag going right up to the bolsters.
Here are a few more of mine. The first is a Rigid Germany sowbelly stockman with stag covers, made in the Olbertz factory, looks a lot like a Bulldog. The next is a Bulldog cattle knife stockman with beautiful pearl covers. The last two are Case. Olive bone peach seed jigged with the barn shield. Last is a stockman mint set with Cabernet bone.

Ohhhhh…..that Bulldog with the pearl….very nice! Like I tell my wife,”Don’t stare at the baubles! They are distracting!”

WOW guys! Beautiful stuff!
The stockman is my favorite pattern, I love having a blade for every occasion. Here’s a few from my menagerie.

I am guessing I can call it a stockman……(?)
I just got this one, it’s a Union Cut Co., very early production. The one blade appears it was modified (probably a broken blade) to be a sheepsfoot.
Still a solid knife, and will be part of my EDC.

Is it ok if the spey blade is stamped FOR CUTTING FLESH ONLY and the handles are genuine stag.

Well that tested isn’t even close to being worn out I was nust funning. The blades are 95% at least. I love her too
