FRJ: I bought this knife for a dollar at a flea market about 30 years ago. The mark is obliterated. I always wondered who made it. I have Catt's and Remingtons that are very similar but seeing your Berkshire really hit a chord with me. They are so alike in many ways. The bones, the shield, the curve of the dog leg above the shield, the blade configuration. This one is 3-3/4" . I'll never be sure but they are so alike I'm going to make mine an "honorary" Berekshire. Amazing likeness. Glad you posted it.

Hey, that's pretty neat, J.O.
They look very similar although mine is 3 7/16" closed. 5/16" shorter than yours.
I got my knife out and noticed that the color of the covers were distorted by the camera setting and in reality
they look very much like the color on your knife. Jigging is quite similar too. Just a smaller pattern.
Also, mine is stamped on pen blade.

Very nice, Joe, I really like the two Robeson fish knives.

Interesting to see another Berkshire. The easy open I posted on the last page has very different bone from your's and J.O.'s.

Good looking 'ol knife and bones. Berekshire huh? Good to know, never had one and don't see many. Rare beauty.

Great looking dogleg, J.O'! I keep hoping Case will get the -40 out of the vault sometime soon. I really like that pattern.

Thank you for your nice comments, Dan.
I regret that I missed that picture of your Berkshire. Nice bone on that one.

I've been meaning to add to this fantastic group, and I finally quit procrastinating. These have all been photographed individually, but here they are in a group shot. From left to right: Caribbean Blue sawcut jigged Copperhead, crimson peach seed jigged Sod Buster Jr, natural smooth Copperhead, and Pocket Worn harvest orange corn-cob jigged Peanut.

Great winterbottom, David, nice variation in colour shading in that group.
Nice ones, Dan In MI.

Happy to see a group of Winterbottoms.

Like to see a peach seed only group. I only have a couple. J.O.

That's a pretty basket of peaches!
Here are my two. May have others, have to dig them up.
ULSTER Cattle, SCHRADE 774 Congress (Sorry, Schrade is probably Delrin, but nice peach seed anyway). J.O'.

Nice Schrades and Ulsters. I'm late to the peachseed party but I have picked up a couple over the past year or so.
