But I could find a Clip & have it welded onto a Zippo.

Be something different I guess.
Ok sorry, just thinking out loud.

Got this Back-Pack from my wife for Christmas. Finally got around to putting a patch on it.

And I can carry stuff with clips on the outside of it for easy access. Knives, Flashlights, small Screwdrivers ect. There are two more sets of loops behind the patches for a total of four things I could clip onto it. (Not to mention the 16 loops on the lower part of it.)

Now..., as soon as I transfer all the crap from my old Back-Pack over into this new one, I could actually start useing it.

Maybe I'll make it by Easter time?
Tom
Nice backpack (and adornments) Tom.

How will the local polizei feel about you carrying two knives in the open?

A bit of a stretch, but not as far as a couple of other previous posts.
I can "clip" the scabbard to my belt.
You can see the "clip" (top left corner) closed in picture #2.
You can see the "clip" (top left corner) open in picture #3.

I'll put the Knives behind the patches I guess so that they don't jump out at you. And they are two handed & non locking so they are actually legal.

Not much they can really say about em. Plus I only carry the back pack from my house to my car and from the car into work so I doubt that anyone will notice them.

I'll enjoy having them on there though, even if they are hidden behind the patches.
Nice knife Skip!

I couldn't carry that one around. LOL!

Thank you Tom.

Actually, technically, it's a bayonet for an M16 or AR15 rifle.
I used it once when I went camping, but as a knife. It performed well and I was/am quite pleased with it.
I purchased it new in the mid 1990's. Made in China

This Kershaw Ken Onion Chive showed up on friday. Been cliped in my pocket since then. Never had a knife like this before. Man is it fun to play with!!!

I have had the Lanyard for some time now and tried putting it on several knives but the feeling just wasn't right to me. I find it fits well on this Kershaw though so they are a team now.

More pictures in the "Kershaw" & "Mail Call" threads.
Thanks for looking!

I see that some the state flag is in some of the Baltimore Ravens midfield logo at their home stadium.

Nice knife and lanyard, Tom!
Is it a lockback? Is that a release button beneath the May 03?

Thanks Jim,
It's a spring assisted flipper with a liner lock. The button is like the safety on a gun. I guess so that it doesn't jump open in your pocket. Opens quick as greased lightning!

Lots of fun!
Here's a 1:34 video if you want a better look at it.

A few weeks ago, with all of this Covid mess, I started carrying a knife with a pocket clip to work daily and posting it on the EDC thread on KnifeForums. They seem to like tactical folders more there, but this is my first knife home.
Today's clip is attached to an Eafengrow CH3505 flipper in Jade G10. And my SOG Q1 has a clip too.

Ahhhhhh, another Eafengrow! Bighomer just posted two of these the other day. Nice looking knives!
My latest clip is on a Kershaw 1600SS. Next to it is the 1600BLK. Picked both of these up cheap because they are illegal to carry here so not many people bid on them. But who knows, maybe I'll get to live in the states again some day

& I can carry em then. And If not..., they are still fun knives to carry around the house.

Having Clips, the Lanyards may be overkill but I think they look good on these two knives.

Those are great looking knives, Tom.

The lanyards are very nice too, may I ask where you got them? I like the finishing touch a nice lanyard adds to a tactical folder.
I picked up this Kershaw 1304BW on the cheap, part of their
Own It pack. The pocket clip on this knife is pretty tight and stiff. If you've had problems with clips being too loose you wouldn't have that problem with this knife. I EDC-ed it for the first time yesterday but it will get much more use. It even clips tight on my nylon sweatpants. I picked up this knife because I was looking for something with a Blackwash finish. It's on the heavy side but the price was right, pretty factory sharp too.

Nice knife John! Looks good!
I bought the Lanyards right after I started collecting knives about a year ago on ebay because I like knives with bails but they just didn't look right on a classic Slipjoint with a bail. I find they fit well on the more tactical typ of knives like these.

Normally you would buy a knife, then look for the right lanyard. I bought these two lanyards, then spent a year looking for the right knives to go along with them.

I think you paired them up well!
*Side note- I'm actually amazed at how sharp this knife is right now. How long will the sharpness last? Who knows but I think it was a good $18 gamble.

I've never posted on this thread before that I can recall.
I haven’t bought many knives lately, but I decided to go out on a limb and buy something that I don’t normally collect. First, I don’t really collect “tactical” knives or anything with a clip on it, even though I have a few in my collection for variety’s sake. Second, Kershaw is not one of the brands I collect, but I decided to take a chance.
I’m slightly familiar with the story of Pete Kershaw and his company’s beginnings in Oregon and that some of his knives were made in Japan when he first started his company. I somehow missed the fact that some of his knives are now made in China, like the one I bought. Shame, shame on me for not knowing, but I'm not condemning.
The company description reads: Kershaw XCOM Military-Style Pocket Knife; 3.6-inch Black-Oxide Coated Blade and 8Cr13MoV Steel Spearpoint Blade Sharpened One Side, and Glass Filled Nylon Handle, Manual Open, Reversible Pocket clip.

I only have one Knife with a clip. SOG Trident TF11 in digital green camo. I've had it since January 2010, and it spent 8 months with me in Iraq.
