Here's my 100 plus year old Ulster knife co Ellenville 5 1/4" swing guard .

Beautiful. I think that has to be my favorite pattern knife. ___Dave

1000 made in 1977'. Have 5 of them. One has no serial number. Either a proto or factory error. Had six, my son has one also I gave him.

The 76' and 77' stag for CASE was the gnarliest in my experience and opinion. Unfortunately, due to the stag embargo, not a lot were made.

Yes bigbore, all CASE. Only brand I collect.

That is all the knives made between XX and 1981' when they discontinued the pattern. Includes all four USA variations (2 factory errors and 2 regulars with 2 different model stamp font types) and a super rare 10 dot Cheetah Prototype. It is the stag on the far left in the above photo. Some really great stag on that example. There are three even more super rare Prototypes I don't have, about 4 each made, that I will likely never see nor will I drop the $6000 to $8000 it would take to get one.

I have about 5 or so others that are not pictured, two of which I carry. One bone and one stag.

together with a unmarked really large swingguard.

Rejuvenating this thread with GEC's latest installments. Kraisin jigged bone, desert ironwood, and the elk Rendezvous. I've found a new love.

A couple of good sized swing guards. Case Classic and Winchester.

Those are nice Bob and well made.

Those coke bottle swing guards are large CM.
I found an old GEC. I think it's kinda rare.

I found the above blue camel bone is 1 of 3 they made that year that were not serialized and used for Rendezvous knives. Here's a natural stag I traded for. It has wax.
