It has those type bolsters that have a tab bent over the liner
the handles are solid cell got good snap ,, no side play

3 and 1/4 long going in my pocket

there is a post about these type knives mfg this way somewhere

Great line up greedy. The mother of pearl congress with the threaded bolsters is really pretty Looks like a real dandy.

Here's a Wendell Carson made Fightin' Bull that I picked up at the Blade Show.

I'm not entirely sure it meets the strict definition of a congress (No sheepfoot main blade) but Mr. Carson didn't always conform to traditional details.
