It's one of those things, where to me it's to small to carry, for"" my EDC"",but after getting the Ebony

i had to have me a stag, for the collection !!!! You guys got some nice Buffalo Horn

____those will be,the ""Prize"" in a few years,I think

_____I really was disappointed with the Barlow

it is just to dang short

_______ 3 1/2,is about as short as I can go,with a user____ I didn't get a Ben Hogan either,cause 4 1/2 inches,is just, to big for me

I'm with ya monk. I collect barlows but to me they aren't really a barlow. They are beautiful knives but not very practical. The conductor is just about right for me though I don't know if I'll EDC this one or not. It's just too nice to scuff up.
I can't wait to see the collection you have coming.

I just received my GEC barlow and I will respectfully disagree. I think, for me, that it will work
fine. I would like it a little bigger but I think it will make a good EDC. We're all different, though.

Earl,
That looks great. Sorta wish I'd gotten a buff also. Is that a white streak in yours just below the shield or a glare from the light?

whoa!
thanks for the heads-up!
i'm glad they got that stuff figured out.
i was doubtful the kauri wood would work, since it's so soft.
looks like they got some heavy duty stabilization done - the wood is usually a golden honey color.
