Been enjoying running the IntraCoastal Waterway from New River, through Camp Lejeune and northeast into Core Sound and around Morehead City/Beaufort. Now that the break-in is done I will start focusing on fishing from the boat. OH
May have to change your name to Old Fisherman. Knice boat! ::tu::

Thank you gentlemen! I can tell you my wife and daughter like this boat a WHOLE LOT better than my old aluminum duck & fishing boat. They love to cruise in this one (that's why I'm having the seat backs installed for the front seats. I see this is going to be a 70% family cruiser and a 30% fishing boat for me. That's okay because I don't have any local buddies yet to fish with (my wife is taking it back up so I have a companion). She likes to fish 20 minutes and then quit if she hasn't caught a fish! I'll get there slowly. OH

How does your garden grow?

Brought back some veggies from the farm that I picked this past weekend. Barney is modeling tomatoes getting ready for canning. I ran the 'tiller on Saturday, that thing is a mankiller.

It's been a busy summer. We are moving - after 25 years - from Tomball, TX (down by Houston) back to our home area of Parker County, TX. And from the suburbs back out to the country. No more "swamp ass" every time we step out the door in the summer - . We have enjoyed the low humidity, and the elbow room of 5 acres without neighbors on top of us. Here's some varmints I have seen so far:
