Some Whiskey Barrel Oak, and some Macadamia's on the side. Roasted some this morning. The Oak covers are as smooth as silk, probably has a lot to do with being aged in whiskey, but someone more knowledgeable may have a better reason.

The Oak covers feeling as smooth as silk, probably has a lot to do with how much aged whiskey
was consumed immediately before handling the knife....

Oh and some nice Ebony. Funny, but the nicer the ebony, the plainer it looks. The darker, the better..
