Thanks, & that's a nice-looking 3 springer knife you have. It is a Case Classic, isn't it? I believe both it & my Winchester were made by Queen. What's the pattern number on yours?

Thank you, too. Yep, it's a Classic. It's a 1995 63046. Limited run with 0126 on the bolster. It's just like the one Chickenman posted on the previous page.

Ahhh, good looking piece bud. Have one the same year and bone, but the shield is different. Serial #0393 over here. Great knife too, but every time I used to show it Tsar Bomba would chime in and tell me it wasn't even a Case. It was a Queen. And further proof Case has not always made all the knives with their name on them.

Any time bud. And great looking Winchester. To my untrained eye that looks suspiciously like it was made in the same place about the same time as the ones labelled Case.

Very true. That Parker era of Case was the Wild West for sure!

Ivoryman, it is nice to see another fan of Case Classics. They are one of my favorites especially the whittlers.

A couple of nice Whittlers, chickenman and Iman!

This one's rather new to me - a Winchester #3907, probably made my Queen for Blue Grass Cutlery. It's one of 966 made in 1991 with peach seed jigged bone. Looks to me like a Whittler, at least the pattern, but it has Stockman blades, unless speying wood is more common than I think.

I've picked up several more of these late '80s & early '90s Winchesters lately & they each seem to me to be good knives, often at good prices.

Thanks, toomany. It's possibly the only knife I have with green bone. At least the box says it's green bone. Otherwise, I wouldn't know.
