According to a fairly new member of AAPK (April of 2020) this company was a Montreal importer of German knives, more fixed blades than pocketknives.

Yep, it’s a Wilbert, most likely made by Napanoch. One of the few genuine bone radio/electrician’s knives I recall seeing.
