Here you go David, some Florida wildlife:
This is 1st fawn picture this year. Going to try to get my better camera working properly again, this is a great time of the year when the baby Whitetails begin to follow their mothers!

Philip, your picture so sweet so precious with the doe and her cute little fawn around the feeder. Then the blind in the back ground reminded me of a little poem I heard years ago.
Little birdie with a yellow bill
Lit upon my window sill
Lured him in with a piece of bread
Then I smashed his f'ing head
Isn't that sweet?

Bang! Bang! Maxwell's silver hammer came down upon his head.
Bang! Bang! Maxwell's silver hammer made sure he was dead.
Always thought that to be a rather morbid song.

Well if we are going to be having bad taste " Ditty's" here is a downunder version
Mary had a little lamb
Till the farmer shot it dead
But Mary still takes her lamb to school
Between two bit's of bread.

Here at the Drewery Lodge there are some rules you must follow, but the most important rule is you must have fun.

- Fish prep station

Here's how we have been eating at the lodge. Grilled Smoked Salmon, fried potatoes and onions, house salad and ice tea. It don't get any better than this.

Besides eating good, Scott you would have been proud of me. I found one estate sale and two garage sales and found knives, but it's not that hard this time of the year. After the season people decide they don't what to winter over or just move so they have a lot of sales. I've learn from people that I've spoken to that summer is fun up here, but the winter will test your metal for sure.

The state has closed our fall Flounder season so that leaves Specks, they have begun showing in the brackish water rivers. Had a couple of hours to fish yesterday at dawn. Caught three nice, fat ones lost the third as I was getting the net under it. OH

What sort of fish are Specks, are they similar to some sort of other fish? Why have they closed your flounder season? Flounder are one of my favorite fish to eat, good fun catching them too. Hope you have a good week.

My part of this post was deleted because I showed an embarrassing lack of knowledge about this fish and fishing in general. This is one time that Google was not my friend. My apologies to the Forum.

Jerry I think that is a different fish. It is fresh water while what OH caught are salt water. But I'm no expert.
