John perhaps you can explain something to me about your Canadian knife handle. Generally, the advantage of a knife handle that curves downward is that it enables the delivery of a more powerful downward strike. On the other hand, a handle that remains straight in alignment with the blade will move faster. What is it that the high Canadian handle facilitates? I've long wondered. Perhaps a sawing motion?

Nice shot basser!! ::tu::

Greg.. Wait till you get there!!! :lol: ::dang::

Garry.. I have not used this knife very much soo.. I did cut a pepperoni stick into slices.. You have to get used to the handle being above the blade and not in line.. I do believe it would be a great skinner where you would take sweeping cuts with it.. Again.. I think after a lot of use it would be 2nd nature in its use.. I am used to handle/blade being in line.. Boy.. I do hope this all makes sense!!! ::facepalm:: John :D

Calendar shot basser, looks professionally produced, good in the black and white.
